Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information is collected through this website, why, and what your rights are under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is responsible

Hannah Mae Dawson, trading as DEPTH, near Lewes, East Sussex, is responsible for information collected through this website. Contact: hannahmaedawson@icloud.com.

What is collected

If you use an enquiry form, or email or text, the information you choose to send: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, where you are based if you give it, what you are interested in, and whatever you write in your message. Nothing else is collected. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Why it is used

Your information is used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to arrange and provide sessions. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you have made, and, once you become a client, performance of a contract. If you ask to receive occasional announcements, the lawful basis for those is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any message or emailing the address above.

Sensitive information

Please do not include detailed health or other sensitive information in an enquiry form. A short sense of what brings you is enough. Anything of that nature is better discussed on the call, where it can be handled in confidence.

Who it is shared with

Your information is not sold and is not shared for marketing. Where an enquiry relates to a group event that is co-facilitated, it may be shared with the co-facilitator so they can help arrange your registration call. The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages and email is provided by Apple iCloud. These providers handle data on our behalf as part of delivering those services.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work together are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as is necessary for professional and insurance purposes and are then securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To do any of these, email hannahmaedawson@icloud.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking.
